Shipping & Returns   Shipping: HEMPY'S products are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service. Most orders leave our warehouse within 2-4 business days and will arrive to you within 4-7 business days. We recommend choosing US Post Office Priority Mail over UPS Ground because it is less expensive and it is usually faster than UPS Ground unless you live in Southern California. Returns: Generally speaking, the HEMPY'S return policy is "if you have a problem we’ll fix it." Please e-mail (hempys@hempys.com) or call (760.885.8364) our office to obtain a return authorization number for any defective merchandise. Items returned without an RA# may be refused. Approved returns will be replaced or exchanged for similar merchandise. All claims of defects or shortages should be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
